Come, Gracious Spirit

The world seems to get louder every day. Let us not allow circumstances, news, people or trials to distract us from serving our Lord and Savior with our words and actions. Our loyalty is to Him and Him alone, and He will guide our path. And so we humbly ask Jesus to:

"Be Thou our Guardian,
Thou our Guide
O'er every thought
and step preside..."

"Let love and and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. Then you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and shun evil." Proverbs 3:3-7

"If you love me, you will obey what I command. And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Counselor to be with you forever--the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you." John 14:15-17
